Our Faces of the Enneagram series highlights the person we imagine when we are shopping for a specific Enneagram Type. Today, we are introducing our friend Amy, who is one of the people we imagine when we are shopping for gifts for an Enneagram 6.
Amy’s best friend would describe her as loyal, always ready for fun, and enthusiastic, but always prepared for any disaster. She loves her family and being an aunt. She loves making a home for her and her husband, but also making sure the doors are always locked and candles a blown out. Amy is also the first person to pick you up from the airport with balloons even if you’ve only been gone for a day and a half. We once picked Amy up from the airport and told her we got a ticket in her car; she freaked out, and we laughed so hard together later. She loves her people hard and well.
Amy was introduced to the Enneagram thanks to her 3 amazing friends who are Enneagram connoisseurs. “They help me find my true number. I thought I was 7 at first and so did everyone else. Until I read about a 6, and I cried,” Amy said.
With a free day to do whatever she wants (no money/time limit) Amy would explore a new place, experience the culture, and eat all the yummy food with her sweet husband.
